Psalm 23:1-3

This is a NICE, 3 day weekend, and the first 3 verses of Psalm 23 describes it perfectly.
"The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake. "
I shall NOT want. Or, as the Message says, "I don't need a thing."
The green pastures and quiet waters are a metaphor for me, since I am not out there in the wilderness our up in the mountains where i love to be.
He IS restoring my soul, as I draw from Him, living waters.
May each of you experience this same sufficiency and restoration in our Shepherd.
